By downloading or using Thermi, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

The App

Thermi is a paragliding flight computer providing variometer, GPS tracking, weather, and airspace information. It is a supplementary tool — not a replacement for proper flight planning, training, or safety equipment.

Safety Disclaimer

Thermi is NOT a certified aviation instrument. Always:

Carry a certified altimeter and GPS device as primary instruments
Check official NOTAM sources before flying
Verify airspace information with official aeronautical charts
Never rely solely on any app for flight safety decisions

Paragliding is an inherently dangerous activity. We accept no liability for accidents, injuries, or airspace violations.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Premium features require a subscription or lifetime purchase through Apple's App Store. All billing is handled by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple Support.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Free trial converts to paid subscription unless cancelled

Your Data

Your flight data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any content you create in the app. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Intellectual Property

Thermi, its design, code, and branding are owned by Iugoslav Deian Putici. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thermi is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to flight-related incidents, data loss, or equipment damage.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
