Privacy Policy

The Short Version

TrialHero does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. Everything stays on your device. We have no servers, no analytics, no tracking.

Data Storage

All subscription data you enter is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud container — only you can access it.

• We never see your subscription data
• We never see your financial information
• We do not have access to your iCloud data

Screenshot Import Feature

The Screenshot Import feature uses on-device OCR (Apple's Vision framework) to read text from screenshots you select. All processing happens entirely on your device. No images or extracted text are sent to any server.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not process or store any payment information. Apple manages all transactions.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, they are scheduled locally on your device. No push notification servers are involved.

Third-Party Services

TrialHero does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use:

• Google Analytics or Firebase
• Facebook SDK
• Any advertising networks
• Any crash reporting services

Data Export

You can export your data as a CSV file at any time from Settings. This file is generated locally and shared using iOS's built-in share sheet.

Children's Privacy

TrialHero does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
