Common Issues

Restore Pro purchase

Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.

iCloud sync not working

Make sure iCloud is enabled in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → TrialHero.

Smart Detect not finding subs

Ensure you've granted permission when prompted. Smart Detect only finds subscriptions from apps currently installed on your device.
