Open netflix.com/cancelplan in your browser. Sign in to your Netflix account if prompted. This takes you directly to the membership management page.
On the Manage Membership page, find and tap or click the Cancel button. Netflix may show you reasons to stay or offer a discounted plan — you can ignore these and proceed.
Under the Cancel confirmation section, tap or click Finish Cancellation to confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email at the address on your account. That's it — you're done.
Note: This only applies if you originally subscribed to Netflix through the Apple App Store. Most Netflix subscriptions are billed directly by Netflix.
