Opens Google One's official settings page. You may need to sign in.
Go to one.google.com/settings in your browser. Sign in with the Google account that has the Google One subscription.
In the Membership section, click Cancel membership. This is at the top of the settings page.
Google shows a summary of benefits you'll lose: extra storage, VPN access (if applicable), family sharing benefits, and Google Photos editing features. Review the list and click Continue.
Click Cancel subscription to confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email. Your Google One benefits continue until the end of your current billing period.
If you subscribed on the web or via Google Play, cancel at one.google.com/settings or in the Play Store app.

Your files in Google Drive, Gmail, and Photos are NOT deleted. But if your total storage exceeds the free 15 GB, you can't upload new files, send emails (if Gmail is full), or back up photos at original quality. After 2 years over-limit, Google may delete content.
Google offers refunds within the first 14 days in many countries (EU requirement). In the US, policies vary. Contact Google support or request a refund through Google Play. You keep access until your billing period ends.
Every Google account gets 15 GB of free storage shared across Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos. This remains available after canceling Google One.
If you subscribed via the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Google One → Cancel. If you subscribed through Google, cancel at one.google.com/settings or in the Google Play Store app.
