You must cancel through the same platform you used to subscribe. Subscribed on the web? Cancel on chatgpt.com. Subscribed via iPhone? Cancel through Apple Settings. Subscribed via Android? Cancel through Google Play. The cancel button won't appear on the wrong platform.
Go to chatgpt.com and sign in to the account associated with your Plus or Pro subscription.
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the interface, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Inside the Settings panel, click the Account tab.
Find the My Plan section. Click the Manage dropdown, then select Cancel Subscription. Follow the on-screen prompts — you may be asked to give a reason. Once confirmed, your Plus access continues until the end of your current billing period.

No. Your Plus features continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. You don't lose access on the day you cancel.
