Click your username in the top-right corner, then select Account Details from the dropdown.
On the account page, find and click Cancel membership. Audible will try to keep you — expect multiple retention screens.
Audible will offer: (1) a pause option, (2) a discounted rate, (3) keep your credits reminders. Decline all if you want to fully cancel. Click through each screen.
On the final screen, click Cancel membership to confirm. Use any remaining credits before canceling — they expire when your membership ends.

Yes. Any audiobook you purchased with credits or money is yours forever. You can still access them in the Audible app after canceling.
